		<description>Dear Anontio -

In my experience, the more you live the principles, the easier they are to convey to others. The more clear you are that if people bring their consciousness back to these 3, very simple but endlessly profound principles they will learn what you are trying to teach them and begin to find their own answers, the more easily it happens. Mixing it with other approaches tends to make it harder.

I hope this is helpful, and I would love to know if it has an impact on your sessions.

Best wishes -

		<description>Dear Annika,

It´s great the way you explain it:

&quot;Relationships don’t happen in our personal worlds. They happen when our minds dip free of all that noise and clutter. Then we get a sip of the now, the present, the deeper, richer, more real fabric of life. That’s where connection happens, and it happens naturally. As soon as we slip back into the personal, we’re in our own individual movies, which are mildly interesting to other people at times, but take us away from intimacy and connection&quot;.

You make it sound so easy and simple!

I recently started my own coaching practice that includes the three principles, together with some oriental influences (I lived in Japan for almost 15 years) and what I find real challenging is how to start. Haw to say to someone that is so inmersed in his/her own thoughts that reality is not inside the head, that they are watching a film (a rerun, probably). I think when we are &quot;there&quot; this talk about mind, consciousness and thought sounds just bizarre.

Any advice?

Regards,
