Individuals who have struggled with the affects of stress, anxiety, depression and other psychological challenges frequently find that the four-day intensive and follow- up sessions free them from these issues. Many people who do these intensives who are on drug therapy find that they no longer need the drugs once they understand how they function psychologically and how their capacity for mental health and healthy functioning have not been impaired in any way. The four-day intensive is experiential, and people begin having experiences of their own capacity for mental calm and well being, and then are trained in understanding how to build on the capacity.M<

“The Four-Day Intensive with Annika was an incredible experience of my own well being. But it is the deepening legacy of those four days that proves the most warmth, joy and openness I’ve ever experienced.”

“Learning these principles really lightened things up for me.  It cleared the decks, so I can be where I am more of the time.  You can be in nature and just be blissed out because you’re really receiving it.  Or be around your spouse or your kids and receive their love.  It’s so worth being around for that.

“People look at my life now and say, ‘oh, well she wouldn’t know.  If I had all those things, I’d be fine.’  But the thing is, I had all those things before and I wasn’t fine.  And I have all those things now, and it’s great.  The difference is that I bounced back.

“The biggest thing for me was that the principles gave me hope.  I spent a lifetime being depressed.  Even though I had periods where I could manage, I couldn’t remember how I managed.  I got a freedom here, to start to believe that the me that was covered up had innate health.  I feel really, really grateful.”
