Women’s Well Being Retreats
These Well Being Retreats are designed to help women have less stress in their lives. There are many approaches to dealing with stress, but they look at stress after the fact, by trying to relieve mental stress after its been created, or to alter the circumstances that generate it. What makes this training unique is that it takes people before the fact of stress, with a set of principles that show people how it’s their state of mind – not their life circumstances – that generates experiences such as stress. Once you understand what generates stress, it becomes easier to create less of it and have more well being, creativity and enjoyment of life.
When the minds function as its designed to, it has a natural ability to refresh itself and clear itself of stress. However, people can, without realizing it, override the minds natural tendency to relax and refresh itself. This is when people begin to experience stress. They lose their perspective, work harder rather than smarter, and a downward spiral begins. Our minds are not designed to function this way, and it creates stress on the system.
These principles provide the awareness of when you’re in a state of mind that generates well being, and when you’re not. Whether on vacation, at home with children or tackling challenges at work, you will begin to see what allows you to have more well being in your life. This is a lifelong awareness that, once gained, can never be lost. Like riding a bicycle, once you become aware of what balance is, you will always know when you have it and when you don’t. When you don’t, you naturally point yourself back in the direction of balance until you find it again. The awareness people gain from these principles allows their minds to self-correct when they get off track, so that have more ease, joy and contentment in their lives.
This Four-Day Intensive Retreat is opportunity for women to get a fresh start with their lives, and learn a set of principles that will allow them to experience that fresh start on their own, long after the retreat has ended.
Trusting Your Instincts – A Women’s Retreat
Knowing how to let your gut instincts guide you takes much of the guesswork and insecurity out of life. It enables you to make good decisions and trust those decisions, and to be able to do so in the moment without grinding away endlessly to get there.
But while women are often thought of as being intuitive, how many know when to trust their hunches? Particularly in the world of business, women often trade their gut level hunches for the constant analytical thinking and data gathering that they often see their male colleagues doing. But in this way, women lose the cutting edge strength that nature has given them.
This Four-Day Training for Individuals or Groups of women teaches a set of principles that awaken women to different levels of thought, and how Thought as a Principle operates. We have access to a flow of Thought that has wisdom, instinct and common sense in it and this is the level of Thought that is the rudder for a satisfying, productive life. Its how mothers know what’s right for their children and how women executives learn to make quantum leaps in their careers. Come to this Retreat to re-claim the gift of natural instinct that nature has given us.
For Individuals or Groups of up to 8 women – call or e-mail for more information.
