The most important qualities that make for great leaders are innate to women. Many women leaders in business however, are unaware of these innate strengths, and so these resources for leadership are underutilized. Mental habits that create stress and an overemphasis on the analytical, rather than the instinctual function of the mind can take women away from their innate capacities to excel.
This training helps women awaken to the natural laws that govern their capacity to function as great leaders in their chosen fields. We will cover:
- How State of Mind is the key to work performance
- How to leverage States of Mind that lead to creativity and innovation
- How to build trust in your capacity for wisdom and good decision-making
- How to draw on the innate qualities that women have that make them great leaders – the capacity for service, the capacity for global vision, and the capacity for a felt sense for living.
